Current filing fees of the Form I-485, Lawful Permanent Resident / Adjustment of Status
On July 18, 2025, USCIS announced new fees required by the H.R. 1 Reconciliation Bill. Applicants must submit the new fees with benefit requests postmarked on or after July 22, 2025. USCIS will reject any form postmarked on or after Aug. 21, 2025, without the proper fees. The following table reflects the filing fees of the Form I-485, Application for Lawful Permanent Resident / Adjustment of Status.
